      <image:caption>I love to hear all about hearing how these classes have helped the ladies outside of the gym—especially in all the different hobbies they’re involved in. A few have told me what a huge difference strength training has made to their running. They’re feeling stronger, moving better, and picking up far fewer injuries—especially those tackling ultramarathons all over the country! One of the ladies plays rugby and mentioned how much stronger on the pitch and even more protected against injury. Some of the ladies took on the Deadly Dozen fitness race last year, pushing through a tough (but very rewarding) mix of labours and runs. I can’t wait to see even more of them take it on this year!</image:caption>
